Insulated double-wall chimney system – “sandwich.”
Designed for boilers operating on any type of fuel. The specific grade of steel is selected based on the technical characteristics of the boiler.
The insulated chimney system is a construction consisting of two pipes of different diameters, with a non-combustible thermal insulation layer filled between them, made from basalt rocks.
This design allows for rapid heating of the inner pipe, helping to raise the temperature in the chimney above the dew point and prevent condensation formation.
The “GLEMAN STEEL” chimney system consists of a standard set of elements, which can be used to assemble virtually any complexity of the flue channel. All system elements are connected using a flange system. The diameter of the system elements ranges from 80 to 1000 mm.
